Hillary Clinton’s former IT aide Bryan Pagliano has so far taken the Fifth when it comes to any questioning about his work on Hillary’s server. The government has granted Pagliano immunity (which Clinton claimed to be “delighted” by), and a judge would like to know more about the scope of that immunity before proceeding with discovery in a case brought by Judicial Watch:

Do the walls feel like they’re closing in just a little more?
@kerpen @instapundit @JudicialWatch pleads the 5th in a cival matter about FOI?

@HdavisHunter Weird, huh? @instapundit @JudicialWatch

Is there anything about Hillary’s email shenanigans that doesn’t seem “weird.”
If you have immunity, why need a 5A refusal to testify? I think he'd be better off with bodyguards. https://t.co/6nSWU4v4BZ

Hmm..I think shit just got real. I thought it was strange to assert the 5th when you’ve got immunity. https://t.co/uOt4GvUKos
